Last week I suddenly got the fitness bug! I hit Argos and Sports Direct pretty hard and bought a few pieces. So I thought why not keep an online diary of my progress, so here is week one! Most people are brave enough to have pictures mixed in with their
progress however I ‘m not feeling that brave quite yet! However I will do a weekly update of what I’m doing exercise wise and what I’m eating.
I’m going to start off with what I bought, I read a lot of blogs and articles for weight loss motivation and how to stick with it and one of the things every post mentioned was getting some gym gear. Before I would just do my workouts in some pajama shorts and an old top and I always felt like a right slob afterwards! So I head on over to sportsdirect.com because they were having a huge sale on all their items which was pretty handy! After browsing their site for quite some time and placing a lot of tops, shorts and leggings into my cart, I only bought three things! A top, leggings and a mini backpack

Then I went over to Argos to get a few more things such as some dumbbells, exercise mat and a pedometer.

lucky enough to own a cross trainer and a few handy apps on my iPhone

Two summers ago I surprisingly lost two stone, however, I have put one back on so I am going to do everything I possibly can to get down to 9 stone because I was so close last time! So when I started my new routine last Friday I was 73.8kg and today I am 71.4kg! Not too bad for the first week!
