Well, I kinda failed to keep this going for more than a week.
However, I do have my reasons (read here) but I am now more determined than ever! I did slip a little bit and put a bit of the weight back on however luckily it is coming off as quickly as it went on! Since getting the set I’ve been doing the 30 Day Shred, I do it
everyday in the week but leave Saturday and Sunday as my rest days. I’m only on week 1 and I am already seeing a difference, which is brilliant! Once I have completed my full 30 days then I will continue throughout the set so I am always doing a different type of workout!
