Hello everyone! So, I haven’t posted anything on here in a VERY long time.. So much so that I felt a little lost opening WordPress and found there had been an update! In this post I thought I would get you up to date with how motherhood is treating me and what the future holds for my blog.
Since having Elliot, blogging has definitely been put on the back burner! He is now 5 months old and we’re getting ready to celebrate our first Christmas as a family of three (plus Luna!). I am attempting Vlogmas for the first year ever and honestly, I’m really enjoying it.. Granted we haven’t got lots of fun festivities planned however we will be visiting lots of family over the festive season and to me, that’s what Christmas is for!
At the moment I have two Vlogmas videos up (Part 1 & Part 2). The plan is to have two videos up a week and it’s a lot easier to keep on top of.. If you are doing Blogmas this year then I applaud you! As for blogging? Right now I don’t have the time to sit and create a well thought out post.. Maybe once Elliot is a little older and doesn’t completely rely on me I’ll start again. I’ll keep adding my latest videos to my blog so I am still posting every so often though.
If you want to stay up to date then I am still posting regularly on Twitter and Instagram! I hope you have a lovely Christmas and I wish you all the best in the new year 🧡
Hi everyone!! So the last you knew I was three months away from having my son but I am proud to announce that he is finally here!! We decided to call him Elliot Peter Andrews and he was born on the 23rd of June which means he’s already TWO MONTHS OLD?! I want time to slow down.. Just a little bit! In this post, I thought I would tell you a few extra details that I didn’t mention in my video (watch now) just so I’m not just repeating myself. Also whilst I’m here, I’ve set myself a goal to reach 300 subscribers within a month.. So if you’re a fan of hauls, challenges and vlogs then check out my channel (here).
This week I am official 26 weeks pregnant meaning I’m officially in the third trimester and it’s only a few months until we meet our little boy! The baby prep has definitely begun and it’s making me so excited it’s unreal.. Seeing as I haven’t been posting much this month I thought I’d give you guys a bit of an update on how things are going and a little baby haul!! I’ve also been putting a lot of time into my Depop too so please check that out!
A few weeks ago I spent a little money in Primark & New Look so I thought I’d throw it in a haul for you! It’s been quite a while since I filmed a haul, I had to edit out so many blunders, should upload a bloopers reel. 😂 I have been stocking up on maternity wear and baby clothing so be sure to subscribe to my channel if you’d like to see that! Watch the new video here!
I have been waiting for this day for what seems like forever but finally, it’s here!! Yesterday we found out the gender of our little Andrews and I’m so excited to share our news with you! I asked on Twitter if you’d like to see a vlog of the day so I did just that. It’s only a small video and sadly I wasn’t allowed to film in the hospital but still.. It was an amazing day and it’s so lovely knowing that we have a very healthy baby on the way! Now the difficult part, 100% deciding on the name! 😅
Today I completely broke my ‘no buying clothes until I was 20weeks‘ rule, but I honestly couldn’t help myself! I bought a few things from Asda and let me tell you, it has been so difficult trying not to when we shop in there on a regular basis. Luckily for us, they seem to be having their baby event and right in front of the door was a stand full of the cutest, teeniest baby clothing I have ever seen!
Since YouTube’s announcement a few days ago, I think it’s time for a little chat.. If you’re a small creator then you will know YouTube is enforcing new guidelines on the 20th of February. If you’re unaware or don’t own a channel, the new rules involve having 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours worth of view time over the past year. Once you have reached this goal, you will be considered to monetise your content once again.
I will admit I fell off the blogging wagon HARD! If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter you will know that in October Toby and I went to Spain for a little family holiday and that’s where I disappeared! Once I got back I found it very hard to get back into blogging, although I am coming back with extremely exciting news.. We are having a baby in June!!
So last year I took a rather big step into ‘adulthood’. I moved out and in with my boyfriend Toby! When I was looking into moving out I struggled to find a realistic expectation of moving and everything involved.. So I thought it might be helpful to write my own post and help anyone else who is ready to fly the nest! Whether you’re doing it alone or with someone else, it’s always best to have a plan of action. You need to think about how you want the move to go and the things you need to do before, during and after the move. This post is based solely on renting a house as we are renting and I don’t have any personal experience of buying a house!
I have had Netflix for a good few years now and I feel like I have definitely got my money worth for the amount of great shows and films I have watched! So in this post, I have chosen my top six series on Netflix!
